What's a realistic timeline to see skin improvements from GHK-Cu?

Topical GHK-Cu (serum/cream) at reasonable concentrations, expect 6-8 weeks for visible texture/tone shifts. Injected GHK for systemic skin effects — more variable, usually 8-12 weeks. Don't expect overnight miracles.

Honestly, tretinoin + SPF + sleep + not destroying your skin barrier will do more than most peptides. GHK is nice. It's not magic.

ran topical ghk for like 4 weeks and didnt see shit, then switched to subq and noticed my skin was way less inflamed after like 10 weeks. ymmv but if you're already on tret you're probably already 80% of the way there. the people hyping peptides as skincare cure-alls are usually selling something.
