Totally normal. Lyophilization creates a "cake" and shipping vibration can shift it. As long as the cake is whole and not powder-y/dusty, you're fine.

if it arrived as a pile of loose powder vs a solid cake, that's the concerning version. divot is fine.

Summer shipping = more shift. Winter shipping = more intact cakes. Not a quality issue, just physics.
