like the powder isn't flat, there's a little crater. is this normal from shipping vibration or did something go wrong

Totally normal. Lyophilization creates a "cake" and shipping vibration can shift it. As long as the cake is whole and not powder-y/dusty, you're fine.

if it arrived as a pile of loose powder vs a solid cake, that's the concerning version. divot is fine.

Summer shipping = more shift. Winter shipping = more intact cakes. Not a quality issue, just physics.

lol the "summer shipping = more shift" thing is mostly just vibes. what actually matters is the reconstitution quality and your dosing accuracy. if you're worried about potency variance, just run bloods after a few weeks on protocol and you'll know for sure instead of guessing based on crater depth.
