help — I drew up 40 units instead of 10. do I inject it??

DO NOT push it back into the vial. You've touched the needle to your skin/air, the plunger has been pulled, you'd contaminate the vial. Pitch the syringe, draw a new 10 units, inject that. You lose 40 units' worth of peptide this once. Worth the lesson.
