Which labs should I actually pull before my first cycle?

Feeling overwhelmed by the pinned list. First-ever peptide cycle (BPC-157 for a nagging shoulder, nothing wild). Do I really need the full Tier 1 panel, or is there a minimum?

Honestly for BPC alone, I'd pull a basic CBC, CMP, and lipid panel. $40-60 at any discount lab. That's enough for a pre-cycle baseline given how little BPC interacts with systemic metabolism.

If you were doing GH or GLP-1, full Tier 1. BPC specifically is one of the lowest-risk peptides from a systemic-labs perspective.

Research cycle
  • MOTS-c · 10 mg · weekly · sub-Q
  • 5-Amino-1MQ · 100 mg · daily AM · oral

Agreed. Minimum viable: CBC, CMP, lipid. Add HbA1c if you want a metabolic baseline for future cycles. Total cost cash-pay via Ulta/Marek: under $60.

GH axis test
  • Sermorelin · 300 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • Ipamorelin · 200 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q

Okay, that's much more manageable. Thanks.

I did the same minimal 3-panel before my first BPC cycle. More than enough.

Yep, the full panel is overkill for BPC. I ran just CBC and CMP before mine and it was fine, honestly the lipid panel is probably the only worthwhile add since you want that baseline anyway for future stuff. Don't stress, you're not mainlining tren here.
