[LOCKED] Anyone else getting screwed by [supplier]? Third bad vial this month

Cannot believe this is still happening. Third vial from the same place in six weeks that came with a cracked seal and no desiccant. Customer service is a joke, they keep telling me to 'return it at my expense' which — why would I do that on a reship?
I know we can't name names in open threads but if you know, you know. Avoid.

Everyone here knows who you're talking about and the answer is yes, their QC has been dogshit since November. I switched in December and haven't looked back.

Had the same issue twice. Got a reship the third time only because I threatened a chargeback. Don't just accept 'return at your expense' — push back.

I get the frustration but yeah this is going to get locked, just save your fight for the DM.

If your desiccant is missing and the seal is cracked, that's a sterility issue, not a vibes issue. Do not reconstitute that vial. Full stop.
