Long flight next week. Looking for decent video content about peptides, anti-aging, GLP-1s, whatever that isn't 20-minute-youtuber-trying-to-sell-you-his-course energy. Netflix has one GLP-1 doc, I've seen it. What else?

Peter Attia interviews on the Huberman channel are uneven but the ones with Lustig and with Sinclair are genuinely good. Avoid the 'stack' episodes.

Focus stack
  • Semax · 600 mcg · AM intranasal · intranasal
  • Selank · 250 mcg · as needed · intranasal

For GLP-1 specifically: Dr. Zubin Damania (ZDoggMD) did a few balanced breakdowns on YouTube. Not a doc but better than most docs.

Q2 stack
  • CJC-1295 no DAC · 100 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • Ipamorelin · 200 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • BPC-157 · 500 mcg · 2x/day · sub-Q

Honest answer: the best 'content' about peptides is the primary literature. No documentary will be as good as one hour on PubMed with a coffee.

The 'Bigger Stronger Faster' documentary is old but still relevant for the mindset piece even though it's about AAS. Peptides have the same culture dynamics.

Great recs, thanks all. Will report back on which holds up for a 9-hour flight.

Honestly the peptide content space is pretty barren. I watched a bunch of longevity stuff on YouTube last year during downtime and most of it was either surface level or trying to sell something. The ZDoggMD stuff is solid though, he actually breaks down the mechanism without the hype. If you're open to it, some of the Joe Rogan clips with actual researchers beat most documentaries, just gotta skip the tangents. Otherwise yeah, might be worth just reading some actual papers on your flight, sounds boring but way better use of time than bad docs.
