I've seen contradictory takes. Black coffee fasted before AM ipa/CJC — does it blunt GH pulse or not? I can't give up my morning coffee and I need to know whether I'm sabotaging my injection or not.

Black coffee alone doesn't meaningfully spike insulin for most people. You're fine. It's protein and carbs that blunt the pulse, not caffeine.

Cosigning hexaclinic. Bulletproof coffee with MCT + butter is a different story — that one does blunt. Black is fine.

Yeah black coffee is honestly fine, caffeine doesn't trigger insulin release so you're not gonna blunt the pulse. Just don't throw cream or any fat in there and you're golden. I've been doing this for months and my morning protocol works just fine.
