Prolactin on hexarelin-heavy stack — when to panic

Ran hex 150 mcg 3x daily + CJC no-DAC for 5 weeks. Prolactin at baseline was 9 ng/mL, at week 4 is 31. Reference range top is 20. Not getting gyno symptoms but the number is concerning.

Drop hex? Add a dopamine agonist? Wait it out?

Drop hex now. 31 is over range and climbing is the bad pattern. You don't wait out prolactin creep from a known prolactin-bumping compound. Swap to Ipa, recheck in 4 weeks.

Q2 stack
  • CJC-1295 no DAC · 100 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • Ipamorelin · 200 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • BPC-157 · 500 mcg · 2x/day · sub-Q

150 mcg hex 3x daily is a high dose. Hex is a short-cycle low-dose compound. This was always going to happen on that protocol.

Adding a dopamine agonist is not the move. The fix is removing the cause. DA agonists for prolactin management in a non-clinical context is chasing a side effect rather than addressing the protocol mistake.

Current
  • Tesamorelin · 1 mg · daily AM · sub-Q

Dropping hex tonight. Staying on CJC, adding Ipa 200 3x. Will retest prolactin in 4 weeks. Thanks.

Honestly 31 is climbing fast and hex is known for being prolactin-aggressive, especially at that dose. You made the right call dropping it. Just make sure you actually drop it and don't half-ass it for another week thinking it'll level out, that's how you end up with gyno sides creeping in later. CJC no-DAC alone shouldn't have you worried so stick with that and retest in 4-5 weeks to confirm it's dropping back down.
