Timing — AM only, or repeated dosing for Semax?

Does repeated dosing (AM + early PM) beat a single larger AM dose? Or am I just manufacturing noise by dosing twice?

See my big thread earlier this month — short version, split AM+PM at moderate dose beat single high-dose AM for me. Single large dose had a subtle 'overshoot' feel.

Half-life of Semax intranasal is short (reported minutes in plasma, longer subjective). Split dosing makes sense on paper for a compound with a short intranasal plasma window.

Single AM dose works for me if I'm not doing anything cognitively demanding after 3pm. Split when I am.

been running split dosing for like 3 weeks now and honestly the difference is night and day compared to just AM dumping. the afternoon slump hits way less hard and I dont get that weird peak crash feeling. single dose always felt like I was chasing the initial buzz by noon lol
