Tolerance and taper strategies on Semax?

Three weeks in at 600 mcg twice daily and the effect is softening. Do you taper down, cycle off, or just accept it?

4 days off completely resets it for me. Tapering down 'works' but it's slower than a clean break for the same result.

5 on / 2 off is my default across both Semax and Selank. Solves the tolerance curve without needing to think about it.

Rotating to Selank for 3 days as the 'off' has worked for me — different mechanism, so it's not really an off day, but Semax tolerance still resets.

Tolerance onset at 3 weeks is pretty standard, but I'd actually measure this before deciding anything. Most people guess based on feel and end up chasing the same dose. Run bloodwork or at least track something concrete, cognition tests, cortisol response, whatever. Then you'll actually know if a 4 day break resets you or if you're just experiencing placebo relief from stopping. The 5 on 2 off schedule sounds better than rotating compounds because at least the variable is simple, but honestly the reset window depends a lot on your individual clearance rate and whether you've got baseline inflammation issues.
