KPV for gut inflammation — anyone using this long-term?

Running KPV for mild IBS symptoms. Oral, 500mcg/day. ~6 weeks in. Symptoms improved but I can't tell if it's the peptide or the accompanying dietary tightening I did.

Short-term safety seems fine. Long-term use in healthy-ish people — anyone got more than 3 months in?

I've run KPV in ~6-week blocks for specific flare-ups, not continuously. The anti-inflammatory effect seems to hold but I haven't pushed to 3+ months.

Q2 stack
  • CJC-1295 no DAC · 100 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • Ipamorelin · 200 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • BPC-157 · 500 mcg · 2x/day · sub-Q

For IBS specifically, BPC-157 oral has more circumstantial evidence. KPV is broader anti-inflammatory, might be overkill for symptom management.

Longevity
  • Epithalon · 10 mg · 10d on / 80d off · sub-Q
  • MOTS-c · 5 mg · 2x/wk · sub-Q
  • 5-Amino-1MQ · 150 mg · daily · oral

Rule out IBD vs IBS with a GI before running immunomodulators for gut symptoms. KPV would mask but not treat the former.

Good flag. I'm 2 years clear of a GI workup so IBD is ruled. Will treat the KPV as an adjunct and not a diagnosis.

KPV human data is basically topical skin and one small oral IBD trial. 'Mild IBS + diet change + KPV' is impossible to attribute. Could all be the diet.

Honestly the diet thing is probably 90% of it. Everyone does KPV, cleans up their eating for a few weeks, and suddenly their gut feels amazing then attributes it to the peptide. I ran it for like 4 weeks straight, diet stayed messy, noticed nothing. Switched peptides, tightened diet, felt way better. Now I can't tell what actually helped but I'm not dropping money on KPV again to find out.
