VAT crept up despite weight holding steady. Doc confirmed via DEXA I've got 1.1 lb visceral fat, which is high for my frame. Going to run Tesa specifically to target this and track with DEXA at baseline, week 6, week 12.

Me: 44M, 5'10", 178 lb, 20% bf, VAT 1.1 lb.

Stack:

  • Tesamorelin 2mg subq, 5 days on / 2 off, pre-bed
  • 12 weeks
  • No other compounds

Diet: holding maintenance, no cut/bulk. Want to isolate the VAT effect. Training: unchanged, 4x/week mixed.

Week 1: no scale change. First injection had a little burning at the site that lasted 20 seconds, then fine. Subsequent shots painless.

Week 3: 178.8. Water up a touch. Sleep noticeably deeper. Weird dreams are back, I'd forgotten about that from the last time I ran a GHRH.

Deep sleep on Tesa is one of the better secondary effects imo. Keep tracking subjective sleep too.

Big drop in VAT for 6 weeks. Exactly what Tesa is designed to do.

Week 6 DEXA redo: 178.4 lb, 19.4% bf, VAT 0.88 lb. So down 0.22 lb of VAT in 6 weeks, bf down 0.6% despite weight identical. This is why you track DEXA not scale.

Week 8: subjectively belly is tighter. Pants fit different despite weight being identical (179.0). IGF didn't get pulled this time, planning to at week 12 with the final DEXA.

Week 10: 178.9. Holding the trend as far as I can tell. No side effects of note. Carpal tunnel has never been an issue on Tesa for me the way it is on MK.

This is what Tesa is for. Textbook.

Q2 stack
  • CJC-1295 no DAC · 100 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • Ipamorelin · 200 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
  • BPC-157 · 500 mcg · 2x/day · sub-Q

Week 12 FINAL DEXA:

  • Weight: 178 → 179 lb (+1)
  • Bodyfat: 20% → 18.6%
  • VAT: 1.1 lb → 0.72 lb
  • IGF-1: 140 → 248
  • Fasting glucose: 89 → 97 (minor bump)

35% reduction in visceral fat over 12 weeks with identical diet and training. This is textbook Tesa behavior and I'm thrilled with it.

35% VAT reduction on a maintenance diet. That's money.

Did you pull ApoB? Curious if the VAT drop showed up in lipids.

ApoB 92 → 84. Not huge but moving the right direction.

Another exemplar log. Thanks for the DEXA discipline.
