Cagri + Sema cycle, week 8 — combo GLP-1 log
21 posts
Running cagrilintide + semaglutide combo. 38F, 5'6", starting 182 lb, goal 150. I've done sema solo before, hit a wall at around 165. Wanted to see if adding cagri breaks the plateau behavior.
Stack:
- Semaglutide 0.5mg/week
- Cagrilintide 0.5mg/week (same day, different site)
- 16 week plan
Baseline: 182.0 lb, waist 36", A1c 5.5.

Cagri has this weirdly calming effect on the stomach side. I know it sounds backwards but a lot of people report the combo is gentler than sema alone at equivalent weekly weight-loss pace.

Post protein every day if you want to keep muscle. That's where the combo gets people — so little hunger that they slide into 60g/day.

Blowing through the prior plateau is the whole pitch for the combo. Nicely done.

Week 8 at 167.8 is solid. I ran sema solo for like 4 months and totally hit that wall around 166-168, couldn't budge past it no matter what I did with diet or cardio. Curious if you're gonna stick with the same doses or if you're thinking about adjusting down the road. The fact that cagri is letting you keep momentum where sema alone just stopped is probably the real story here.
