Running Selank to see if it touches my low-level background anxiety that's been dogging me for months.

Baseline:

  • Self-rated anxiety at 3pm (2 weeks): 6.5/10 avg
  • Sleep onset (min): 35 avg
  • Racing thoughts at bedtime 1-10: 6

Stack:

  • Selank 0.75mg intranasal 2x/day
  • 6 weeks, then washout

Week 1: 3pm anxiety 5.8. Sleep onset 28 min. Something felt different by day 3 — quieter? Not sedating, just less static.

Selank is the one people sleep on. Quiet effect, genuinely helpful if you're in the window it helps.

Please post the washout. That's where the log gets interesting.

Washout week 1: anxiety 5.1, sleep onset 24 min. Some regression, not back to baseline.

yeah the washout data is actually pretty telling. a lot of people expect to crash back to baseline immediately but you're holding like 80% of the gains which suggests either some neuroadaptation or the peptide has a longer half life than people think. anyway i got sidetracked reading about how selank supposedly works on neuropeptide Y and now im down a rabbit hole about whether anxiety is actually just low NPY or if that's bro science. either way your protocol is solid and im curious what week 2 of washout looks like.
