Running a classic epitalon schedule — 10 days on, long off, repeat quarterly. This is cycle 1. 52F, going to track subjective stuff since those are the claimed wins.
Schedule:
- Epitalon 10mg subq daily x 10 days
- Off for 80 days
- Tracking sleep (Oura), skin photos weekly, 3pm energy self-rating

Day 10 (end of dosing): Oura 7h18m avg, up from 6h55m. RHR down 3 bpm. Energy 7.2 avg vs. 6.5 baseline.

Day 30 (20 days off): still holding. 7h22m avg. Skin texture in the weekly photo looks marginally better.

Day 60: sleep has drifted back toward baseline. Oura 7h04m this week. Energy holding though.

Day 85: sleep at 6h58m. Back to pre-cycle baseline. Energy still a touch better than baseline. Starting cycle 2 tomorrow.

Did you establish a clean baseline before cycle 1? Like a full month of sleep/energy/skin tracking with zero peptides, just to know what your actual resting state looks like? Otherwise hard to say if cycle 2 is actually better or if you're just comparing week 10 of cycle 1 to week 10 of cycle 2, which could just be placebo or seasonal variation. The sleep creep back to 6h58 is interesting but without knowing if that's where you started it's tough to call it meaningful.
