Hi all. Ordered BPC-157 for a nagging golfer's elbow that won't quit. Did my first pin yesterday. Hands were shaking haha. Going to try to keep this log updated.
31M, 5'10", 175 lb. Elbow has been bad for 4 months. Doctor said 'rest it' — rest it is not working.

Everyone's hands shake the first time. By week 2 you'll pin while watching TV.

Day 3: three pins in, no problems. Feels surreal still. No change in elbow but it's only day 3.

Day 5: got bored of the shakes. Pinning is easy now. Elbow still stiff in the morning.
