Plantar fasciitis in left foot for 18 months. Orthotics, PT, night splint, rolling — nothing has fixed it.

Stack:

  • TB500 5mg/week subq, split 2.5mg x 2
  • BPC-157 500mcg 2x/day subq
  • 8 weeks

Starting pain 6/10 first steps in morning.

PF is slow. Give it 4-5 weeks before judging.

Day 4: no change in pain yet. Tolerating the injections fine.

Following. The achilles and PF crowd overlap a lot.

18 months is honestly too long to expect a magic fix from peptides. That said, TB500 and BPC together is legit the move for PF, way better than doing it solo. Just don't expect morning pain to vanish in week 2. The real test is whether you can actually do activities that used to aggravate it without flaring up. Also make sure you're not just sitting around waiting for the peptides to work, light load management still matters.
