Kisspeptin for HPTA support — has anyone actually used it non-clinically
8 posts
Kisspeptin comes up for hypogonadism and fertility work clinically. Non-clinical use for HPTA support during a peptide cycle — has anyone run it or is it purely clinical?

Kisspeptin is primarily clinical. For peptide cycles that don't touch HPTA (GHRPs, BPC, GLP-1s), there's no indication for it. If someone's running AAS alongside peptides, that's a different conversation and not one for this thread.
- CJC-1295 no DAC · 100 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
- Ipamorelin · 200 mcg · pre-bed · sub-Q
- BPC-157 · 500 mcg · 2x/day · sub-Q

Non-clinical kisspeptin use is mostly in fertility/libido protocols, not general cycle support. Outside the scope of most protocols discussed here.

Kisspeptin's not really worth it for most peptide protocols. The clinical data is solid for actual hypogonadism but running it just to "support" your HPTA while you're on other stuff is overkill and you're basically guessing on dosing anyway. If your HPTA actually needs support you've got way better, more established options. Save the kisspeptin for when you actually have a fertility issue.
