HbA1c change on sema — post your before/after

5.5 -> 5.2 on 0.15mg, 11 months. 13lb loss. Fasting insulin halved.

5.7 -> 5.2 on 0.25mg over 8 months. Down 18lb. Mostly diet changes too so can't isolate the drug.

6.1 -> 5.4 on 1.0mg, 7 months. ApoB also came down 22 points. Lipid shift was the biggest surprise — expected glucose, didn't expect the cholesterol move.

5.4 -> 5.1 on 0.5mg, 4 months. Already in optimal range to start, margin was small. Still a real drop.
