Injection frequency on TB — weekly or split 2x weekly at the same weekly dose?

Simple question. If I'm running 5mg/wk maintenance, is there a reason to split to 2.5mg twice weekly vs pin the full 5mg once?
Half-life of TB-500 is quoted anywhere from hours to days depending on the source. The systemic effect feels persistent across the week regardless. Is there actual evidence that splitting matters at maintenance dose?

Agreed with hexaclinic. Loading is where the splitting might matter (to reduce acute injection-site reaction, flu-feel, cost-front-loading). Maintenance is one pin, move on.

At maintenance, I don't split. One pin per week is the whole point of maintenance — reduce the burden. If you're still splitting at maintenance you haven't really left loading.
