Cost check. I'm paying $180/mo for compounded tirze at current dose. Feels high. What are people in different channels paying per month at ~7.5-10mg equivalent?

$160 for 10mg compounded through telehealth. Shopped around — range I saw was $130-$250. The spread is real.

$140/mo at current dose. Switched pharmacies after 6 months because my original was 40% more for the same product.

Research channel <$60/mo for 10mg equivalent. Higher variance, less oversight. You save money and accept the trade-off. I've had good luck over 18 months.

Heads up — pricing discussions are fine, vendor names are not per forum rules. If someone DMs for vendor, decline. This isn't LabTalk.

Yeah but nobody's talking about whether they're actually getting equivalent dosing across these sources. Like, are you comparing 10mg compounded from a legit pharmacy against 10mg from somewhere else and seeing the same results, or are you just assuming the math works out. I've seen people save $100/mo and then need 50% more volume to feel anything, which kills the savings. Would be more useful if people posted what their actual response looks like at each price point rather than just the monthly bill.
