Are there any peptides for sleep that actually work?

Tried melatonin, magnesium, the whole OTC stack. Wondering if DSIP or something is actually worth trying.

DSIP is hit or miss and a lot of people report vivid/disturbing dreams. Epitalon is often talked about but the sleep benefit is secondary to its proposed longevity effects. Honestly, if standard sleep hygiene + magnesium glycinate + apigenin doesn't fix it, the peptide probably isn't the missing piece. Might be sleep apnea, cortisol, or late caffeine.

Have you done a sleep study? A lot of "I've tried everything" sleep problems turn out to be mild apnea.

Also look at your morning cortisol if you wake up at 3am. Peptides can't out-cycle a cortisol problem.

yeah everyone jumps straight to peptides but honestly the boring stuff matters way more. i spent like two grand on different compounds before realizing i was just drinking coffee at 2pm and my room temp was 74 degrees, switched to a fan and black curtains and suddenly sleeping like normal. the peptide rabbit hole is real tho, i get it, way more fun to think about than fixing your schedule lol
