n00b crossposting — saw the BPC thread last month, now I'm having the same exact issue

referencing @rotator_rebuild's thread — 36M, same supraspinatus partial tear from benching. Ordered BPC. Going to follow the same protocol they did (site-specific, 250mcg 2x/day). Anything I should do differently given ~a month has passed and people have tried it?

Nothing to change. The protocol in that thread is the current consensus for rotator issues. Stick with PT in parallel. Report back at 4 and 8 weeks for the rest of us.
- BPC-157 · 250 mcg · 2x/day local · sub-Q
- TB-500 · 2 mg · weekly · sub-Q

Happy to answer anything specific. the one thing I'd say: don't overdo activity week 1-2 just because it doesn't hurt as much. The peptide isn't magic, tendon remodeling still takes time. PT pace > hero pace.

love when threads reference other threads like this. feels like a real community not a pile of duplicate posts.

did the same thing like 6 weeks ago with basically identical tear, followed rotator_rebuild's protocol pretty closely. honestly the biggest difference for me wasnt the peptide itself but actually backing off upper body work harder than i thought i needed to. week 3-4 i felt good and started doing some light pressing again and that was dumb, had to dial it back. strict PT + patience beats trying to speed it up. good call asking instead of just copying blind tho
