AM fasted cortisol came back 22.4 mcg/dL. Lab ref 4.3-22.4. So literally at the top of the range.
I'm running ipamorelin 300mcg bid for 10 weeks. No sleep issues, no anxiety spikes. But 22.4 right at the ceiling is a little worrying. Is this the ipa?

Ipamorelin is specifically designed to NOT bump cortisol — that's its whole selling point vs GHRP-6 and hexarelin. A reading at the top of the reference range on ipa is almost certainly NOT the drug.
What time exactly was the draw? AM cortisol peaks 6-8am. A 6:30am draw will run 25-40% higher than an 8:30am draw.
