Two years in the peptide rabbit hole today. Feeling reflective. Drop one thing you'd tell 2-years-ago-you if you could.
Mine: I wish I knew that the first 6 months of results aren't the peptide โ they're the novelty of finally caring about recovery and sleep and protein. The peptide is maybe 30% of what you felt. Don't anchor your expectations on that window.
