Music for the gym while on a cycle?

Semi-serious question. Anytime I start a new compound I also inevitably end up updating my gym playlist because the old one feels wrong. Anyone else? What's on rotation for you right now?

Dub. Always dub. You're all wrong and I'm right.

Dying Fetus and Gojira. I am 44 years old and deeply unserious.

Classical. Specifically Shostakovich for heavy pulls. Works.

Hip-hop instrumentals. No lyrics means my brain doesn't wander between sets.

Podcasts for cardio, hip-hop for lifting, silence for stretching. I've optimized this too much.

Whatever Spotify's 'Power Hour' algorithm serves. I've given up.

This thread is the least peptide-related thing all week and I love it.

nah this is actually legit though. music tempo correlates with workout performance, faster cadence pushes higher reps. I tracked it for a month across different BPM ranges and there's def a sweet spot around 120-140 depending on the lift. test my hypothesis if you want but the "wrong playlist on cycle" thing probably just means your CNS is more sensitive to stimuli so the usual stuff feels off now. dopamine receptors and all that.
