Beyond the obvious Huberman/Attia names, what lesser-known podcasts are actually worth listening to for peptide/longevity/metabolic content? Bonus points for hosts who actually read studies instead of vibes.

Simon Hill's 'The Proof' is underrated. He actually reads papers. The Rhonda Patrick episodes are a mixed bag but when they're good they're great.

Danny Lennon's 'Sigma Nutrition Radio' โ€” dense, science-y, no hype. Perfect long drive material.

For cognitive/neuro side: Stuart Ritchie's 'Studies Show' podcast is excellent at calling out bad science.

Honestly most of the good stuff is behind paywalls or scattered across random interviews these days. The ones listed are solid tho, Sigma Nutrition especially if you can handle the nerdy deep dives without falling asleep on the highway.

These recs are solid. Gonna add that I've been digging through some of the older Rhonda Patrick stuff on metabolic health and honestly half of it goes over my head but you pick up useful patterns if you listen to like 3-4 eps. The Sigma Nutrition one sounds perfect for commutes, might check that out. Curious if anyone's found good stuff specifically on peptide protocol design tho or if that's just too niche for podcasts.
