Had a minor surgery 3 weeks ago. Starting GHK-Cu topical once the incision is closed and stable. Any specific timing/dose recommendations from people who've done this?

Injected alongside for wound healing or overkill?

Topical once the wound is closed. 2% formulation, twice daily, for 3-6 months. Won't erase the scar but will meaningfully improve its final appearance.

I'd skip injected GHK for simple post-surgical scar purposes. Add BPC-157 SC systemically during the early healing phase if you want internal-repair support, and topical GHK once the incision is closed for the cosmetic endpoint.

Do not apply topical anything to an open or recently closed wound without your surgeon's ok. Timing matters here.

Post-scope surgery on my shoulder last year โ€” ran BPC SC during weeks 1-6 and started topical GHK at week 3 once the incision sealed. Scar is barely visible now. N=1 but that's my experience.

Copy. BPC internal + topical GHK post-closure is my plan. Thanks all.

Topical is the play here, injected would be redundant. Just make sure your surgeon actually signs off on whatever you're putting on there, some docs get weird about peptides even if they're harmless.
