GH axis stack 3-month log — strength, sleep, fat — full data

Running a 90-day log on a GH axis stack. Goal is recomp: hold weight, drop visceral fat, improve sleep quality, see what happens to strength numbers.
Me: 38M, 5'10", 192 lb, ~18% bf per DEXA. Been training consistently for 15 years. Sleep has been getting worse the last 2-3 years — more wakings, harder to fall asleep.
Baseline (this week):
- DEXA: 192 lb, 18.1% bf, VAT 0.8 lb
- Squat 1RM tested recent: 365 lb
- Bench: 285 lb
- DL: 425 lb
- Sleep: Oura avg 6h45m, HRV 42, resting HR 62
- IGF-1: 158
- Fasting glucose: 91
- A1c: 5.2
Stack:
- MK-677 10mg/day oral, evening
- Tesamorelin 1mg subq, 5x/week, 5 days on 2 off, taken pre-bed
- Running 90 days
Diet: maintenance ~2800 kcal, 200g protein. Training: 4x/week hybrid.

Day 14: weight 194.2, Oura avg 7h05m, HRV 46, resting HR 60. Waking up hungry as hell every morning. Water retention visible in face and hands.

Day 28: weight 195.1, Oura 7h20m avg, HRV 51, RHR 58. Face puffiness ~70% of what it was at week 2. Sleep depth is legitimately different — I'm dreaming way more vividly and waking up more rested.

Day 42: 196.3 lb. Squat session PR'd at 385 for a triple (previous 3RM was 365). Bench up to 295 for a double. Oura 7h15m, HRV 54. Tingling in hands in the mornings now — classic carpal tunnel-ish. Annoying but not debilitating.

Fasting glucose measured this morning: 107. Was 91 at baseline. Not catastrophic but definitely trending up. Will keep an eye.

107 fasting on MK is normal territory. Watch the trend. If it creeps over 115 you might want to reconsider.

Day 56: weight 197.0, squat 405x1 (lifetime PR), bench 300x1 (lifetime PR), DL untested to save recovery. Sleep still excellent. Fasting glucose 104 this morning — stable. Carpal tunnel tingling reduced, not gone.

Got labs today. IGF-1: 284 (was 158). So roughly doubled. Fasting glucose 108 in the lab draw (slightly higher than my home strips). Everything else normal.

Day 70: 197.4 lb. Sleep metrics stable (7h15m, HRV 53, RHR 59). Carpal tunnel mostly gone now — body adapted I guess. Strength work still feels great on the bar.

MK doesn't really need a taper pharmacologically but psychologically the step-down helps some people. Good plan.

Day 84: 198.1 lb. Starting to think about the taper. Plan is drop MK to 5mg for two weeks, then discontinue, keep Tesa running for another week, then cut both. Want to track what happens to sleep and hunger during the taper more than anything.

Day 90 — FINAL DATA (before taper obs):

Subjective: skin tighter, face fuller (not fat, more like hydrated), training felt great the whole way. Hunger was a lot. Will do one more update in two weeks after taper to close it out.
