Week 1: 207.3, squat 355x5, bench 270x5. Water weight is hitting hard already. Hunger tolerable.

200mcg CJC-no-DAC with the ipa is solid. Good pairing. Don't let the water freak you out early.

Week 3: 209.8, squat 365x5, bench 275x5. Arms measure 16.25". Face is visibly puffier. Sleep is insane — going down at 10pm and out cold.

Volume on the PPL going up? Or still same as baseline?

Week 5: 211.1, squat 375x5, bench 280x5, DL 415x5. Waist 33.25". Holding bf so far as far as I can tell. No new side effects.

Bumped volume on the second 4-week block — push day went from 12 sets to 15, same across push/pull/legs. Recovery is handling it easily which is a clear change from before cycle.

Numbers are dialed in. Keep the diet boring and this is going to finish well.

300 bench PR on a lean recomp at this age and weight is impressive work.

Week 15: 215.6. HIT THE GOAL. Squat 425x3, bench 310x2, DL 465x3. Waist 34" (up a quarter from baseline — negligible). Arms 17.25". One more week, going to test 1RMs in the wrap-up.

nah waist went from 33 to 34 real quick at week 15, thats more than negligible imo. plus the arm size jump (16 to 17.25) seems disproportionate to the strength gains which makes me wonder if theres some water retention getting hidden in the measurement variance. recomp works but those numbers read cleaner than most logs ive seen, not saying fake just saying id want to see the actual 1RM test results before calling this a W.
