Sleep stack log — what I'm feeling at week 6

Sleep has been garbage for about a year. Oura averaging 6h10m, HRV tanked from a prior ~55 to ~34, too many wakings. Trying a stack focused on sleep architecture rather than chasing the GH axis.
Stack:
- DSIP 100mcg pre-bed
- Epitalon 5mg every other day for 20 days
- Glycine 3g pre-bed (not new)
- Magnesium threonate (not new)
Baseline (2 weeks tracked):
- Oura total sleep: 6h09m avg
- HRV: 34
- RHR: 66
- Deep: 38m avg
- REM: 1h02m avg
- Wakings: 2.3/night

Epitalon tail lasts a while after the round ends. Don't be surprised if the HRV bump holds for another couple weeks.

Curious what your caffeine cutoff time is, that's usually the silent killer on sleep logs.
