Lower back / SI joint log with BPC — 6 week log
13 posts
L5/S1 disc stuff plus chronic SI joint pain. Managed for years with PT and conservative stuff. Wanted to try BPC systemic to see if it moves anything.
Baseline:
- Morning stiffness 1-10: 6
- Pain standing after 30 min: 5/10
- Pain during deadlift: avoiding entirely
Stack:
- BPC-157 500mcg subq 2x/day
- 6 weeks

Week 2: morning stiffness 4, standing pain 3. Something moved fast. Hesitant to get my hopes up.

BPC for SI/disc stuff is more hit-or-miss than for tendon, but when it hits, it hits hard. Don't chase it with load too fast.

Week 4: stiffness 2, standing pain 1. Tried a very light deadlift off blocks at knee — no pain. Stunned.

Great result but please don't add 50 lb a week to that deadlift.

yo this is sick, SI joint stuff is genuinely brutal and most people just live with it forever. i ran BPC for shoulder impingement a couple years back and got similar timeline results, like week 3-4 things just... loosened up. anyway the deadlift progression looks reasonable, just curious if you stayed subq or switched protocol at any point? also did you do anything else concurrently or was it pretty much just the peptide and existing PT routine
