Running my 2nd 10-day epitalon block. Sleep consistently improves during the block. Anything else anyone has noticed — skin, energy, mood, bloodwork changes?

Sleep is the most consistent effect. Some users report mild energy improvement. I don't see bloodwork changes attributable to epi specifically — it's a supportive compound, not a marker-mover.

Dreams are more vivid during epi blocks for me. May be REM-related. Subjective only.

Running a block now. Sleep up, HRV up slightly. No other subjective effects.

Epitalon's 'telomere lengthening' claim is a single Khavinson line that doesn't replicate outside that group. The sleep effect is real but don't pay for it on telomere grounds.

Worth running a pulse of melatonin (0.3mg) for a week and seeing if your sleep metrics move similarly. If yes, cheap alternative with overlapping mechanism.

epi's one of those compounds that does exactly one thing really well and then people wait for the magic to happen with everything else. sleep quality goes up, cool. but if you're looking for skin improvements or some crazy energy boost you're gonna be disappointed. the telomere stuff is basically marketing at this point. been running it on and off for like 6 years and honestly it's just a solid sleep tool, nothing more. if that's worth it to you then run it, if not don't waste the money chasing ghosts.
