Tirze injection on travel days — reschedule or hold?

Other option — delay a week until you're back. Skipping one week is fine, tirze has a 5-day half-life and you'll still have drug on board. Just don't drink alcohol like you're off the drug during the skip week.

Dose 2 days early before leaving. Peak nausea days will then be days 2-4 of travel which is usually when you've arrived and are eating hotel food. Worst case you skip a dinner. Better than being stuck in a plane bathroom at peak.
