Tirze injection on travel days — reschedule or hold?

Leaving on a 10-day international trip. Normal injection day falls 2 days in. Is it better to dose early before leaving, dose late after return, or stick to schedule mid-trip? Concerned about airport food reactions and unfamiliar bathrooms.

Other option — delay a week until you're back. Skipping one week is fine, tirze has a 5-day half-life and you'll still have drug on board. Just don't drink alcohol like you're off the drug during the skip week.

Dose 2 days early before leaving. Peak nausea days will then be days 2-4 of travel which is usually when you've arrived and are eating hotel food. Worst case you skip a dinner. Better than being stuck in a plane bathroom at peak.

just dose before you leave. ive traveled on tirze like 6 times and the nausea thing is way overblown if youre already adapted to the drug. worst part is the bloating from plane food anyway so might as well get the injection sides out of the way at home where youre comfortable.
