On tirz 7.5mg weekly, lost 8.2kg in first 12 weeks, then stalled for 3 weeks. What's the standard play — dose up, cycle off, recomp phase?

Standard play is up-titrate to 10mg and reassess at 4 weeks. Plateau at 7.5 after 12 weeks is common — the dose-response hasn't maxed.

Before dosing up — double-check your diet has adapted to lower body weight. A 3-week stall with no kcal adjustment is often the diet, not the drug.

Consider a 2-week diet break at maintenance (not surplus) before dosing up. Hormonal reset helps. Then resume deficit or dose up.

Clinically: reassess intake. If still tight, up-titrate. 10mg is where a lot of responders find their actual effective dose.

Honestly the diet angle hits different. Most people don't realize they gotta cut calories again once they drop weight cuz their TDEE just tanked. I stalled for like 6 weeks before I realized I was eating the same amount as when I was 20lbs heavier lol. Throw up the dose if diet's locked in but don't sleep on that part.
