Starting 2.5mg tomorrow morning. Have the pen, sharps container, ordered alcohol swabs. Anything else I'm going to wish I had?

Electrolytes (LMNT or equivalent, 1-2 a day first 2 weeks). Ginger tea or candied ginger for nausea. Protein shake ingredients because cooking protein gets hard when appetite drops. Zofran if you have access (not required but nice safety net). Fiber supplement โ€” constipation is sneaky. Scale for morning weigh-ins (optional but motivating).

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, pre-cooked chicken. When you forget to eat at 2pm and suddenly realize you haven't had protein all day, grab-and-eat options save you.

Target: 0.8g protein per lb bodyweight. Minimum. If you're 180lb, that's 144g. Without a plan you will not hit it on tirz.

Miralax or similar laxative, low dose, prn. Constipation is the #2 reason people quit after nausea.

Random tip: if you start burping sulfur/egg after meals, that's classic tirz. Eat smaller portions, avoid very fatty meals, will usually settle after a few weeks.
